Mustard Ice Cream

A strong flavour that packs a punch. Adds a little excitement and a new dimension to a myriad of dishes.

Being made with milk and not cream, it gives a quick finish in the mouth and lasting pops of heat from the whole grain mustard.

Perfect when paired with:

  • Steak tartar or carpaccio
  • Canapes, when served on oatcakes or sourdough with a little roast beef or heritage tomato
  • Any beetroot dish to balance the earthy sweetness
  • Gravlax or smoked salmon or trout either as a canape or starter
  • Gazpacho, with a little black pepper and drizzle of olive oil
  • A myriad of soups, including Leek and potato soup
  • A simple beef or steak supper

Our ice cream and sorbets are packed full of flavour! With only a small 15mls ‘quenelle’ required for each plate, bowl or glass, one tub will provide around 15 servings.
